Cyril Bech

Cyril Bech joined Prateo in June 2023 as an executive in the tax and legal department.

He is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert. He is a member of the professional associations Ordre Romand des Experts Fiscaux (OREF) and Association Suisse des Experts Fiscaux (ASEFID). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (2013) and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics (2015) from the University of Lausanne. As part of his studies, he spent a year at the Law School of the University of Zurich and a semester at the Law School of the University of Uppsala (Sweden).

Before joining Prateo, he worked for 6 years as a tax advisor for an international consulting firm in Lausanne. He also worked as a lawyer in a major Swiss law firm and as a clerk-in-training at the Federal Administrative Court in St. Gallen.

Cyril’s tax practice focuses on advising companies and entrepreneurs. He assists companies and public authorities in VAT matters and represents taxpayers before cantonal and federal courts in tax disputes. Finally, he assists individuals with tax planning and compliance issues.

His legal expertise covers mainly corporate law (incorporation, liquidation, etc.) as well as contract drafting and reviewing (employment contracts, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.).
