Experience
Céline joined Prateo in August 2025 as HR Manager.
With a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel, she worked for several years in the pharmaceutical industry as an HR Business Partner and in recruitment.
At Prateo, she oversees human resources management activities with a strategic and operational vision.
Her knowledge also enables her to advise our clients on HR processes such as recruitment and the management of complex situations (illness, sensitive cases, performance).
